This is the mirror that looks like it was pulled straight from a cove after a summer storm. Named for a little sandy shore — ammoudia — it’s built from hundreds of individually placed shells: cone, spiral, barnacle, bivalve, each holding its own shape and story. Blue and green sea glass and cobalt glass dots are scattered through like treasures caught in the sand.
